Thy Kingdom Come!
Dear Friends, in Christ,
“We must learn to regard people less in the light of what they do or omit to do, and more in the light of what they suffer.” Dietrich Bonhoeffer
We live in a society that values good looks, quit wit, charisma and charm. Before you put someone “in a box”, try to learn a little more about their personal background, their temperament, and most importantly, their heart.
God bless,

Thy Kingdom Come!
Dear Friends, in Christ,
“God has chosen you to make him known to others.” St. John Baptist de la Salle
You all have good friends. Do you ever bring up your personal friendship with Jesus, what it means to you, and how it helps you?
God bless,

Thy Kingdom Come!
Dear Friends, in Christ,
“To write well and speak well is mere vanity if one does not live well.” St. Bridget of Sweden
Since I have had the privilege of being on television and radio programs, younger seminarians have asked me the secret to being a good public speaker. My answer is: “Be holy, live your convictions, do it all for God’s glory, and this will naturally come out in your presentation.” (I need to remind myself of this often!!)
God bless,
