Little by little

Dear Friends in Christ,

     “Little by little, one travels far.”  J.R.R. Tolkien

     You don’t climb the spiritual mountain of holiness in one day…it is a “little by little” process.  Some people never start because they are intimidated by the steepness of the climb.  Just start up the path with a little prayer here, a Hail Mary there, a Gospel reading, a visit to the Eucharist…and then it will start to happen.  Don’t get discouraged!!

Tranquilizing…carefully, closely!

The sweet and gentle guest of our soul,

Our “Christification” as it’s goal.

Dear Friends in Christ,

   The homily may not always resonate, you may not like the architecture in your Church, the music might be a little flat, there may not be coffee and donuts after Mass…but every Catholic Mass guarantees that you will receive 100% Christ into your heart and soul, that is 100% God, in the Eucharist.  What a gift and what a mystery!!
